Gigarila Return & Refund Policy
Gigarila is an e-commerce platform connecting independent manufacturers ("Sellers") directly with buyers ('Buyers'). While we facilitate transactions, Sellers are solely responsible for setting and managing their own return and refund policies. Buyers must review the specific policy provided by each Seller before purchasing.
1. Seller Responsibility
- Each Seller must display a clear return/refund policy on their Gigarila store.
- Policies may vary by Seller (e.g., deadlines, eligible items, conditions).
2. Recommended Return Window
- Gigarila advises Sellers to offer a 14-day return period from the date of product receipt.
- Buyers must confirm the Seller’s exact policy before initiating a return.
3. Return Eligibility
- Returns are only permitted after the buyer has received the product.
- Buyers must submit an 'After-Sales' request through their Gigarila account to start the process.
How to Request a Return/Refund
1. Submit an After-Sales Request
- Log into your Gigarila account.
- Navigate to "Purchase History" → Locate the order → Click "After Sales."
- Provide details (e.g., reason, photos if damaged).
2. Seller’s Response
- The Seller will approve or deny the request based on their policy.
- If approved, the Seller will provide return instructions (e.g., shipping address, deadlines).
3. Return Shipping
- Buyers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the Seller’s policy states otherwise.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued by the Seller, not Gigarila, and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
**Exceptions & Notes**
- Non-Returnable Items: Some products (e.g.custom-made items) may be excluded per the Seller’s policy.
- Condition Requirements: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Gigarila’s Role: We mediate disputes if needed but are not liable for Seller policies or refund outcomes.
